A scandal exploded Monday morning on Russian media. Naked pictures of newly crowned Miss Russia, Sofia Rudieva of St. Petersburg, were found on the internet, in a specialized website called "Perfect10" which features nude photographs of models. Newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda published a complete gallery of these photos, where the russian queen is fully exposing her breasts. In other photos, she is completely nude.
It is still unknown if these photographs can jeopardize her beauty title, or her participation in Miss Universe 2009 pageant. Russia's represenative to Miss Universe is yet to be confirmed although the Miss Russia Organization has declared in a press release that the 1st Vice-Miss Svetlana Stepankovskaya will compete in Miss World only.
